Brief Specification Description:?This project is located in the auxiliary R&D building of Block C, 9 Shanghai Digital Industrial Park, No.1018 Dongsanliqiao Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The first floor of the building is the exhibition hall of digital operation platform in Pudong New Area, the second and third floors are the office area of digital operation platform, and the fourth floor is the intelligent command center and meeting room, with a total area of 3952.15m2.. The main work contents include but are not limited to: decoration engineering, strong and weak electricity engineering, fire fighting engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, heating and ventilation engineering, structural reinforcement, and floor supporting air conditioning reconstruction special projects. 6、擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?3. It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; 4.
